You must be at least 18 years old to commission me.

Commissions are for personal use only. Please email me at [email protected] if you have inquiries about commissions for commercial use as it will require further discussion and you may be charged 2-3x base pricing depending on the request.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request that I am not comfortable fulfilling. I will try my best to be as transparent as possible about the reason for rejection, but my decision is final.

I am allowed to post commissioned artwork on my social media and portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Please credit me if you post the commissioned artwork on your social media. I don’t mind what format you use (ie, in the text of the post versus watermarked on artwork being posted), all I ask is that “matchachamomile” is shown or my Twitter is linked wherever you use the artwork.

I will accept requests for edits at the first draft, which will be at the sketch+base-coloring phase. Once the first draft is complete and sent to you, I will only accept minor edits beyond this phase. I will let you know if I cannot properly execute your requested edit.

You are not permitted to resell nor exchange the commissioned artwork in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission to do so. Using the commissioned artwork for any AI-related purposes is strictly prohibited.

I reserve the right to cancel your commission without any kind of refund (neither partial nor full) if you demonstrate rude or disrespectful behavior to me.

By submitting your application to commission me, you automatically confirm that you have read the TOS and you agree with the conditions.

For character illustrations: I require full payment upfront. Receiving this upfront payment will initiate my work on the commission.

For full illustrations: Half (50%) of the payment is required upfront (receiving this payment will initiate my work on the commission) and the remaining balance must be paid in full at completion. You will have up to 10 days after commission completion to provide the remainder of the payment.

I only accept payments via Paypal.

I do not accept rush requests.

If the commission is cancelled by the client while in progress, a refund will be determined based on what stage of the illustration I am on at the time of cancellation. Thus, refunds will be partial, and it is up to my discretion how much the client will be refunded.

However, if I am the one to cancel the commission due to inability to complete it, a full refund will be provided.

My commissions are slot-based but are NOT first come first serve. I work full-time and will need to carefully manage my commissions based on their deadlines and my own work schedule. I will review all inquiries and assign them to slots based on deadlines/commission-type/complexity. You will be contacted within 48 hours of application submission with confirmation of acceptance/rejection of your request. If your application is accepted, I will also confirm your slot time.

When I am ready to start your commission, I will contact you with payment details. You will have up to 7 days after this outreach to send your payment.
